Mostly Useful - Horrid Though Secure Packaging,
by Jona, 2010-02-15
On the whole it feels very cheap for a sharper image product. I like several of the gadgets but not all of them. I really enjoy the Network cable and IPhone connector
Looks cheap and price isnt.,

It looks with a better quality than it is. It is useful if you really need to travel a lot and do lots of stuff, beut it is actually made of a not good amterial and his quality left to much to desire. Its ok, should be cheaper for what it is..
great gadget,

I travel a lot for a youth organization, teaching at seminars. I bring a laptop with me. This case full of laptop essentials comes in super handy. Quality made, small enough to toss in a back pack or even a large pocket, and full of everything you might need for your computing needs while traveling. Two thumbs up.
Plug and Play my A$$,

Have a Dell Inspiron 6000 with Windows XP on it and the numeric keypad doesnt work at all. Couldn't find any drivers any where online. The sharper image site is worthless and the customer service site on the box [....] was even less useless. I guess that's why I found it in TJ Maxx and not a computer store. Stick with people who know what they're doing, ie logitech.
I'd give it zero stars if I could.
Superior Product... Inferior Casing.,
by J. Chase, 2009-07-08
I read (in another review) that the casing was snug for most of the items, but I figured that this was not a big deal, for I'd rather have the items fit into the casing securely than have them constantly falling out.
The problem is that the case itself is extremely cheap, and the padding which is designed to hold the item in place was disconnected on the left side when I opened the case, before I even touched anything inside. Furthermore, the items were so tightly packed that it was rather difficult removing the items to test/use them without ripping the inside casing even more (it's just extremely cheap foam).
While I could have returned the item, I figured it wasn't worth it because even though the case should not have arrived with the inner packing already disconnected, chances are even a replacement wouldn't be much better given the quality of the casing itself.
All of the items within the case work fine, and it is a neat little kit that I would still recommend. I can fit these items in my own case and I simply used a bit of hot glue to secure the padding of the one that came with the device. Overall I would still recommend the product.
